+ Trading for a minimum of 7 years
+ BS ISO 23592:2021 or equivalent standards
+ Systems in place including service, quality control and customer feedback management
+ 75% + positive customer reviews
+ Fully functional and secure website with valid contact details
+ Excellent management and internal communication
+ Has a fully functional website including contact details
+ Answers phone calls and email enquiries within a reasonable time
+ Has business insurance
+ Has a proven track of training and relevant qualifications
+ Has a mission statement for the common good and adheres to it
+ Passes 3 random unannounced mystery shoppers tests yearly
